How HighLevel is organised: sub-accounts
Each business you manage gets its own sub-account, which HighLevel's help pages also call a "location". Usage such as SMS and calls is billed per sub-account, and add-ons like AI Employee are priced per sub-account. The plan you pick sets how many sub-accounts you can have and what you can do with them:
