What grows is the number of client sub-accounts and the messaging you send, because texts, emails and calls are billed per use.

The HighLevel CRM (the same product people search for as the GoHighLevel CRM) isn't priced by contacts or by seats. The pricing page says it plainly: Unlimited contacts, unlimited Users. Scale your business without a tax on growth.

What the CRM costs per contact
Because the plan fee is flat, the cost per contact falls as your list grows. This is Starter's fee alone, before any SMS, email or calls:

Storing a contact costs nothing extra. Reaching one does: each email, text or call is billed at the usage rates below, on every plan.
Running the CRM for clients
An agency usually gives each client its own sub-account, which is its own CRM. Starter includes 3 sub-accounts, and Unlimited and Agency Pro have no cap. With typical usage per client (500 SMS segments, 5,000 emails, 60 outbound and 60 inbound call minutes, one local number and one A2P campaign per client per month), and you paying that usage yourself rather than billing it back:

What the pricing page doesn't say
The pricing page lists unlimited contacts and users. It lists "CRM & Pipelines" as a core feature but gives no number of pipelines, so we don't state a limit. Check with HighLevel if that matters to you.

Email is $0.675 / 1,000 emails. An SMS segment in the US and Canada is $0.00747 / segment, plus the recipient carrier's fee (from $0.0035 / segment for AT&T to $0.005 / segment for Verizon, outbound) with HighLevel's 5% markup. Our calculator uses the Verizon fee, so it errs high.
Is there a limit on pipelines?
