About AgencyCostLab
What this site is
AgencyCostLab is an independent guide to what HighLevel (GoHighLevel) costs an agency. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by HighLevel.
Where the numbers come from
Every price comes from HighLevel's own pricing page and help-center pricing guides. Each rate is stored once, together with the official wording, a link to the page and the date we checked it. Articles and calculators are generated from that single file, so a corrected rate shows up everywhere at once.
Once a week an automated check reads each official page, including HighLevel's changelog. It records the page's "modified" date and the dollar amounts it lists, and flags the page if anything has changed. Only the detection is automatic: we re-read a flagged page ourselves, and confirmed changes go into the rate file and the price change log, usually within a week.
Written with AI
The articles are written with AI assistance. The numbers in them are not: they're calculated from the rate file described above. Where the official pages don't say something, we say so rather than guessing.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links to HighLevel are affiliate links. If you start a subscription through one, we may earn a commission from HighLevel. It doesn't change your price, and it doesn't affect which plan the calculator shows as cheapest: that's pure arithmetic on the published rates.
Privacy
We count page views, first use of the calculator and clicks on our outbound links to see which pages are useful. For each one we record the page, the time, the country, the referring site and your browser's user-agent string. We don't use cookies.
We don't store your IP address. To tell automated traffic apart from people, we store a short one-way hash of it, mixed with a secret and the date. It can't be turned back into your IP address, and because the date is part of it, the same visitor can't be linked from one day to the next.
